What To Include

Send your Shopify shop domain, the Vaestic app name, the page or product affected, and the result you expected. For theme behavior, include the theme name and whether you tested on a duplicate or development theme.

Billing And Refunds

For billing questions, include the app name, shop domain, charge date, and the plan shown in Shopify. Vaestic app subscriptions are billed through Shopify, and refund requests are reviewed according to the refund policy.

Privacy Requests

For privacy or data requests, email privacy@vaestic.com. Vaestic apps are designed to respond to Shopify privacy webhooks for customer data requests, customer redaction, and shop redaction.
