Using Vaestic Apps

Vaestic apps are intended for Shopify merchants and their authorized staff. By installing or using a Vaestic app, you confirm that you are allowed to manage the relevant Shopify store and app configuration.

Shopify Relationship

Vaestic apps run on the Shopify platform but are provided by Vaestic. Shopify is not responsible for Vaestic app support, documentation, or merchant configuration choices.

Subscriptions And Billing

Paid app subscriptions are billed through Shopify. Pricing, trial periods, and plan limits are shown in the Shopify app install or billing flow. A merchant can cancel by uninstalling the app or changing the subscription according to the available app controls.

Merchant Responsibilities

Merchants are responsible for reviewing app settings, testing behavior on their store, keeping theme changes appropriate for their business, and ensuring their use of the app complies with laws and Shopify policies.

Availability And Changes

We aim to provide reliable apps, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue features when needed for security, platform compatibility, or product quality.

Acceptable Use

You may not use Vaestic apps to violate laws, interfere with Shopify or other services, abuse support systems, attempt unauthorized access, or misrepresent app behavior to shoppers or merchants.

Limitation Of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vaestic is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from use of the apps.

Changes To These Terms

We may update these terms as our apps, platform requirements, or legal obligations change. The latest version will be posted on this page.
