Refund Policy

This policy explains how Vaestic reviews refund requests for Shopify app subscriptions.

Billing Platform

Vaestic app subscriptions are billed through Shopify. Shopify controls the app charge approval flow, billing records, and cancellation mechanics shown to merchants.

Refund Requests

If you believe you were billed in error or the app did not work as expected after a reasonable setup attempt, contact support@vaestic.com with your shop domain, app name, billing date, and a short description of the issue.

Review Window

We review refund requests case by case. Requests made within 14 days of the relevant charge are easiest to review. We may ask for additional details to confirm the installation, billing state, or support history.

Cancellations

Uninstalling the app or cancelling the subscription stops future app charges according to Shopify's billing flow. Cancelling does not automatically refund previous charges.
